Ceasar Salad Butter

Grade A ultra-pasteurized heavy cream, gellan gum, Parmesan cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, microbial enzyme), powdered cellulose (anti-caking agent), mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, anchovies, olive oil, thyme, whole black peppercorns (toasted), garlic powder, onion powder, lemon peel, lemon juice, garlic confit (garlic, extra virgin olive oil), parsley.

We believe in butter so good, you won’t need a refund—but hey, life happens. If your butter arrives damaged or something goes seriously sideways, we’ll make it right.

Currently will only be accepting orders for Brooklyn, NY in monthly increments. I will not be able to fufill any shipments outside of Brooklyn at the moment.
