Grilled Cheese Butter

Grade A ultra-pasteurized heavy cream, gellan gum, whole black peppercorns (toasted), pasteurized cow’s milk, cultures, rennet, salt, enzymes, annatto, panko Japanese-style breadcrumbs (enriched wheat flour [enriched with niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], dextrose, sugar, yeast, salt).

We believe in butter so good, you won’t need a refund—but hey, life happens. If your butter arrives damaged or something goes seriously sideways, we’ll make it right.

I’d love to butter up the whole world, but right now I can only take orders in Brooklyn. Choose a meeting spot, but yeah just BK for now.
